Burley Fudge Shop

The Burley Fudge Shop and Forest Tea House is based in the UK's most recent National Park, The New Forest in Hampshire on the south coast of England. A family owned business owned and managed by Jenny and Chris Tabb that produce and retail the highest quality homemade, hand made traditional confectionery.

The loyal customer base is a testimony to the quality of the product. We also have a growing number of corporate clients offering gifts to customers and employees.

Our products are either hand made by ourselves in the New Forest or outsourced to specialist suppliers. All of our fudge is hand made to traditional recipes and then hand-cut and packaged to order.

Forest Tea House

With the Fudge shop there is also the Forest Tea House and Restaurant offering homecooked food in a typical New Forest setting.

It is open 7 days per week, all year around from 10am to 5pm serving: Breakfasts, morning coffee, lunches, all day snacks, English cream teas and traditional Sunday roast.

The Forest Tea House seats up to 125 people - and has and outside garden and patio.
