Energy cos and govts brace for the worst from Gustav

Energy companies began shutting Gulf of Mexico production on Thursday as preparations were underway for Tropical Storm Gustav, which could deliver the hardest hit to the heart of U.S. offshore oil and natural gas production since 2005.
